▼Job Description
-Act as a core member of the product development team for Japan HQ, based in the Vietnam subsidiary
-Oversee and manage the development of in-house products such as Cast Me!, SEARCH WRITE, and future projects
-Serve as a bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese team members
-Manage Vietnamese engineers, communicate directives from Japan HQ effectively
-Depending on team and project status, engage in hands-on development work

▼Candidate Requirements
Age: 20s to 30s
Japanese Language: JLPT N2 or higher (N1 preferred)
Work Experience: Experience working in Japan or at a Japanese company in Vietnam
Development Experience: Knowledge of Java, React, AWS (experience with Agile development is preferred)
└*While high-level coding is not required, development experience is essential for communicating with engineers.
Management Experience: Project and team management
Personal Traits: Strong interest in business growth and building a company from the ground up
