Need more manpower under senior plumbing engineer
We are seeking a Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Engineer to join our MEP Design team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing plumbing and fire protection systems for industrial projects, including factories, warehouses, office buildings, and supporting facilities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver highquality, code-compliant design solutions.

▼Responsibility

• Design domestic water supply, industrial water supply, sanitary drainage,

wastewater, stormwater, and vent systems.

• Design fire protection systems, including sprinkler, hydrant, fire pump, and fire water storage systems.

• Perform engineering calculations, hydraulic analysis, and equipment selection.

• Prepare concept, basic, detailed, and construction drawings.

• Develop technical specifications, equipment schedules, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Utility, and Process teams.

• Review contractor shop drawings, material submissions, and RFIs.

• Support testing & commissioning activities and fire authority approval

documentation.

• Ensure designs comply with Vietnamese regulations, applicable international standards, and client requirements.

▼Requirements

【Must】

• Male, 27–35 years old

• English : Intermediate~Upper intermediate

• Bachelor's degree in Plumbing, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Building Services, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1+ years of experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting design for industrial or commercial projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of QCVN, TCVN, and relevant fire protection standards (NFPA is an advantage).

• Ability to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural, HVAC, and Electrical drawings.

• Experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks, or hydraulic calculation software (EPANET, Pipe Flow, Elite Fire, etc.) is preferred.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

【Want】

• Design certificate for plumbing / sanitary for industrial and civil projects

└If CDD has this certificate, it will be big advantage

• Japanese proficiency

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Salary : Negotiable

• Probation : 2month (85% salary)

• Working hour 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
