1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hands-on Development: Lead the technical development of the TeenCare app, writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Team Building: Play a pivotal role in hiring, mentoring, and building a high-performing product team.
- Technical Leadership: Define and implement the technical architecture, technology stack, and development processes.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of projects and drive them from concept to completion.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React Native, NextJs, NestJs, NodeJs, Python, etc., with experience in full-stack development.
- Startup Spirit: Enthusiasm for building products from scratch, with a can-do attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Leadership Potential: Ambition to grow into a CTO/CPO role, with a passion for mentoring and leading a team.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
5. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
