Market research, and analysis target customers and competitors to determine each stage’s appropriate marketing direction
Define and implement marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives, including Growth & Inbound marketing activities and Brand & Communications activities (PR, community, partnership)
Directly create content strategies and directly deploy community buildings: Social Channel, Group community,….
Handle performance campaigns: Google AdWords, advertising on social media networks, or advertising on related websites to attract new users and enhance brand awareness.
Conducting reports and analyses across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test-and-learn approach and reporting to the leader/ manager
Identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime values, retention, and referrals
Coordinate with internal product teams, design, and customer success & optimize the working process to make sure that everyone’s on the same page
II. REQUIREMENT
Proven experience in Senior Marketing or similar roles in a SaaS company with at least 4 years experience
Have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns (e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns, etc.)
Prefer has successfully led and scaled marketing strategies for a SaaS/ technology product for global users.
Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
Data-driven and results-focused. Love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data — tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes of the campaigns.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset – anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
Customer Oriented; Adaptable, creative, and self-starting
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
