1. Responsibilities
◆ Primary Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Manage ongoing projects and provide regular progress reports to management
• Prepare sales forecasts and compile various business reports
• Accompany the Japanese Branch Manager on customer visits throughout Northern and Southern Vietnam
◆ Additional Responsibilities
• Support product promotions and corporate branding activities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
2. Requirements
◆ Essential Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing or trading industry
• Employment History: 1–2 previous employers preferred (candidates seeking long-term employment are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Japanese: JLPT N3 or above (conversational level or higher)
• English: Business-level proficiency (primary language of operation)
• PC Skills: Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Business Travel: Ability to travel to Ho Chi Minh City approximately once per month (2–3 business days per trip)
◆ Preferred Qualifications
• JLPT N2 or above (business-level proficiency)
• Prior work experience at a Japanese company
• Experience in trade operations (import/export)
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Experience working under Japanese management

3. Employment Conditions & Benefits

• Ngoc Khanh Plaza Building, Hanoi City
◆ Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including 1-hour break; 8 net working hours per day)
Monday – Friday
◆ Days Off
• Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

• 12 days per year (granted from the first year of employment)
