I. RESPONSIBILITIES
– Work with the team to develop Marketing and Go-to-Market strategies for products; jointly manage, plan, and execute marketing campaigns/strategies to drive key growth metrics (such as DAU/MAU, retention rate, volume, etc.).
– Collaborate with the Product team to build measurement and analytics systems for products on web platforms.
– Coordinate in data analysis to derive core insights for product improvements and refine marketing activities to achieve growth goals.
– Work with the Design team to ideate and develop Website designs, Banners, Infographics, Videos, and other marketing materials.
– Be responsible for creating content for the Telegram group, Facebook fanpage, and other social channels (with support from the Design team).
– Frequently research and update social media and Blockchain industry trends.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Professional Competencies
– Basic knowledge in Marketing / Branding / Communications
– Proficient in English for work-related communication.
– Hands-on experience using DeFi products such as DEX, Yield Optimizers, Perpetual Trading platforms, Lending Protocols, and a broader understanding of the Blockchain/Web3 ecosystem.
– 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Soft Skills
– Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
– Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
– Capable of managing, evaluating, and assessing issues and team members effectively.
– Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Persistent, decisive, and able to drive work to completion.

– Probation: Period is 2 months, with 100% of official salary.
