Responsibility
Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure (servers, networks, Wi-Fi, PCs, etc.)
Provide daily technical support to employees and ensure stable system operations
Coordinate with Global IT teams and vendors for system updates and equipment management
Handle data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
Support ERP, WMS, TMS, CargoWise, and other logistics-related systems
Maintain system security and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Conduct IT training and promote digital transformation initiatives
Develop IT policies, budgets, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals
Requirements
Age: 30–40, Gender: Male
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, cybersecurity, and database management
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT leader (preferably in Japanese or logistics companies)
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Proven experience in IT project management and digital transformation
Other
・Salary : USD 700–1,000 (Negotiable)
・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
・Full 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, public holidays off)
