About Us
We are developing a generative AI SaaS and product development (outsourcing) business with the mission of “Empowering society with generative AI and product development”.
We are in the midst of rapid growth, having completed a $600,000 seed round of funding in 2022. We currently have 8 full time members and a multinational global team including Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Generative AI SaaS & Partners Division
BetaMind plans to roll out the following two SaaS products in late 2024 as Generative AI SaaS.
- Beta Chat: Importing customers’ internal information and using RAGs to build their own internal knowledge base.
- Excel Plug-in for GPT: A plug-in that enables GPT utilization on Excel.
Product development (Outsourcing) Division
BetaMind has a team of experts who help progressive clients expand their business with a variety of projects, including those related to generative AI. Examples of projects include
- Development project of sales support tool using generative AI
- Development project of a generative AI chatbot for an insurance agency
- Marketing SaaS renewal project for one of Japan’s largest advertising agency group companies
- Mobile app development project for a major retailer using Flutter
- SaaS development project for a welfare facility using linear programming algorithm to automatically generate shifts
About This Job
This is a Senior Engineer position with a mission to lead product development. This position is responsible for the growth of the product and the success of the project based on a high level of expertise.
A wide range of skills are required at a high level, not only in engineering, but also in project management and communication, which will greatly expand your career possibilities!

- Full remote and you can work from all over the world
- HQ is in Tokyo but professionals can have great collaboration with all remote conditions
Selection Process
- Pre technical test (Chat)
- Culture interview (30 min)
- Final – Technical interview (60 – 90min)
Required skills and experiences
- More than 4 years experience in React/Next.js using TypeScript
- More than 4 years experience in server-side development using Node.js
- Experience in using Supabase/AWS/GCP in projects
- Has responsibility
- Has passion for removing unnecessary coding and creating innovation
- Has honesty and a good heart
- Has the ability to actively grow and expand their role
- Has a sincere attitude and can wholeheartedly engage with the product
- Has the proactiveness to bridge the gap between expectations and reality
