Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape in Vietnam and a passion for the gaming industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our games.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email and search engines.
2.     Monitor and analyze campaigns performance to optimize and improve effectiveness.
3.     Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content for our digital channels.
4.     Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the gaming industry.
5.     Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
6.     Work with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
7.     Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2.     2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in the game industry.
3.     Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
4.     Experience with SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
5.     Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
6.     Good written and verbal communication skills, good English communication skills.
7.     Creative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box.
8.     Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of gaming trends in Vietnam.
9.     Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to work under pressure.
