Job description:
- Develop detailed analysis documents, business requirements, user requirements, and product functional requirements before handing them over to the development department/related partners.
- Advise clients on the requirements for changes between the old platform and the new platform.
- Create test scenarios (UAT) and support end-users during the application product testing process.
- Develop user manuals for end-users.
- Act as the main point of contact for support, training, and business guidance with customers/partners/related departments during project implementation.
- Conduct other tasks as requested by superiors.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a university specializing in foreign languages or IT.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field.
- Proficient in Japanese across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing (N2, N1).
- Enjoy working in an information technology environment.
- Be quick, eager to learn.
- Passionate about product research and creative in developing high-value products.
- Capable of writing documentation, conducting training, and delivering presentations.
- Strong skills in task and people management.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and honest.
