MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Build Levels: Create stages, place obstacles, and set up enemy spawns in Unity.
Test & Quality Control: Playtest what you have built and actively follow up with bugs/issues fixing that you created.
Feedback & Playtesting: Play the game and provide constructive feedback to Product Owner/Game Design Lead.
Career Path: You will always have rooms for growth beyond a Level Designer (support core mechanics, systems, and game design features).

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience & Technical Skills

Experience: 5+ years of experience in total, as QA and/or Level Designer and/or Game Designer. Experienced as a Technical Artist is a plus.
Language Proficiency: English level C1+, fluently at speaking and listening
Unity Knowledge: Proficiency in working with Scriptable Objects and Prefabs. Ability to build levels and assign materials, shaders, and lighting to scenes.
Bonus Qualifications: JSON knowledge and C# knowledge is a big, fat advantage!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: Competitive / Negotiable (Based on experience, up to VNĐ 30M+).
Salary Review: 2 times/year.
Equipment: High-end work equipment provided.
Work Schedule: 05 days/week (Off Saturday and Sunday).
Probation: 2-month probation, receive 85% of official salary.
