Job Description

1. Leading Technical Design and Development

Lead the technical design, implementation, code review, and deployment of key projects
Collaborate with product managers and other related departments to define requirements, create estimates, and plan delivery

2. Leading Technical Design and Development

Take responsibility for system architecture that ensures scalability, reliability, and security
Respond to production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive permanent countermeasures

3. Team Development and Process Improvement

Mentor and develop team members, and establish coding standards and best practices
Drive improvements in development processes (Agile/Scrum), CI/CD, and system observability

4. Team Development and Process Improvement

Research and introduce new technologies that deliver high business value

Requirements

◆ Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer with team or technical leadership responsibility
Extensive development experience in one or more of Golang, PHP, and Ruby (other languages are also welcome)
Practical experience with an MVC framework (e.g., Laravel, Spring, Rails)
Practical experience with relational databases and RESTful API design
Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
Practical experience with core AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Language: Working proficiency in English (English is the official language within the company)

◆ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with high-throughput distributed systems
Frontend knowledge (React, Vue, or Angular) to enable full-stack collaboration
Experience in AWS security design, performance tuning, and cost optimization
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience working in multicultural environments, especially in Japan–Vietnam teams
Japanese language skills (an advantage for Japan-related projects)

Benefits

Salary: Nego
Holidays: Two days off per week (Monday to Friday working week) (Anticipated)

Annual Paid Leave: At least 15 days per year (including 3 days of summer leave)

※ 1 additional day for each year of service (up to 5 additional days)

Employment Type: Full-time (employment contract term: in accordance with Vietnamese labor law)
Probation Period: In accordance with Vietnamese labor law
Salary Review: Twice a year (salary review)
Bonus: 13th-month bonus + Tet bonus
