Responsibilities
1. Project implementation and development requirements:
o Participate in technology investment projects from the solution research stage, evaluate and propose appropriate solutions according to the roadmap, including creating scorecards, evaluating and scoring technical solutions according to technology standards; participate in developing appropriate implementation plans
o Design solutions/functions, build architectural documents for the project
o Consult and propose comprehensive solutions for one or more Development Requirements based on technology principles and standards
o Manage and monitor changes related to solution architecture to ensure the integrity, standards and consistency of the technology system.
2. Innovation:
o Research new technology trends
o Participate in building/establishing technology standards in line with the company’s development goals as well as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, openness according to various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risks, ensuring current use and future expansion, etc.
o Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customer’s requirements and statutory compliances.
o Responsible for managing and implementing of quality management policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to ensure competitive quality performance.
Requirements
o Working experience: +5 years
o Graduated from Information Technology, Mathematics, Telecommunications at Universities in the field of science and technology such as: Technology/ Science University, National University, etc. or International programming program
o Understanding, having good knowledge of applying, selecting technology in the financial services industry as well as designing and building technology systems for organizations with large transaction volumes on the basis of suitability with development orientation, safety and efficiency
o Be able to design the system from scratch with given requirements from our clients
o Strong knowledge and being hands-on on DevOps side of things: GCP, AWS, K8s, Terraform…
o Coordinate with team, able to do project/sprint planning.
o Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies.
