We’re looking for an HR professional who can also handle internal accounting tasks, including payroll, basic bookkeeping, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with a small but experienced team in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements: Handle Finance, Accounting, HR, and General Affairs (GA) for the Vietnam office. Act as the key local contact coordinating with the Korea-based HR and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities
Finance & Accounting operations for the Vietnam entity.
HR operations support: onboarding, payroll coordination (EOR), HR administration.
GA tasks related to office setup and daily operations.
Work closely with: Korea HR Admin Team (HRBP, Payroll, Recruitment). Korea Finance Strategy Team (Legal, CFO, Finance Managers).
Reporting line: Direct report to Vietnamese GM.
Functional collaboration with HR and Finance teams in Korea.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Finance/Accounting.
Language: Native Vietnamese with fluent English communication skills.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and VAS
Background from small to mid-sized companies, preferably IT, gaming, or tech.
Intermediate and above English skills
Immediate availability preferred (ASAP onboarding).

Incentive program (consistently paid for the past 6 years, payout in January), based on 70% individual performance and 30% company performance
