<Job description>
◼︎Internal Accounting
・Daily and monthly bookkeeping and data entry
・AR/AP management and employee expense reimbursement
・Checking bank transactions and supporting payment processing
・Preparing documents for monthly closing
・Coordinating with external accounting firms
・Preparing financial reports for the Japanese headquarters
◼︎General Affairs
・Office management, facility/asset management
・Managing contracts such as leasing and service agreements
・Supporting employee information management and onboarding/offboarding
・Supporting Japanese expats and business travelers (housing, transportation, etc.)
◼︎VISA & Work Permit Support for Japanese Staff
・Supporting procedures for Japanese employees’ VISA, Work Permit, and TRC
・Collecting documents and coordinating with government agencies or external service providers

Required Experience
<Must>
– Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics or related field
– Japanese: N3 Level
– Having at least 2 years of accounting or related experience
– Have strong motivation to keep learning Japanese after join the company
<Prefer>
– Japanese: N2 up
– Having experience of working at a Japanese company
– Having experience of supporting VISA/WP process for Japanese staff
