Job description?
- Lead product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Deeply understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and evaluate potential partnerships to maximize ROI and decide between build-versus-buy opportunities.
- Continuously assess competitors’ offerings, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Define product requirements and implement effective strategies to meet those requirements efficiently.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to develop, implement, and maintain production timelines for delivering impactful solutions.
- Evaluate new product ideas and craft go-to-market strategies tailored for the print-on-demand market.
2. Qualifications?
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce or a related field, ideally with exposure to the print-on-demand business model.
- Track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle successfully.
- Strong skills in leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in collaborative environments.
- Experience in crafting and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and align stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in software and web development, particularly in e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with the print-on-demand business model, including production and fulfillment workflows.
- Understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), online advertising, and data-driven decision-making.
